Bass Camp Festival: 5 Must-See Acts

This years Bass Camp Festival curated lineup is bigger and better than ever, making it hard for us to even pick 5-must see acts. On August 6-7, the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino will become home to the fourth annual Bass Camp Festival in Lake Tahoe. With two days full of diverse genres and massive names, this years Bass Camp is sure not one to miss. Check below for our 5 must-see acts next weekend! ARTY Headlining events such as Beyond Wonderland, ARTY is sure to bring a powerful and diverse set, captivating his audience every time. Crowds tend to chant No Arty, No Party! as they wait for the young and talented musician to grace the decks with his massive stage presence. Arty, who released his spectacular album, Glorious, about ten months ago has been hard at work touring the world, bringing something different and unique to each venue he plays.

Protohype B2B Figure  Two of the heaviest names in the electronic industry will not only be performing at Bass Camp Festival, but doing a killer B2B set. Protohype and Figure are sure to bring the bass to Bass Camp Festival next week with their massive, head-banging sound. Protohype and Figure will kick off their 'Outta This World Tour' at Bass Camp, so if you don't see your city on their tour list be sure to catch them with us in Tahoe!

Nero  In between a massive set at Ultra Europe, to releasing their Between II Worlds album, Nero has proven time after time that they have no plans of slowing down anytime soon. Known for their carefully mastered sound, the British trio tends to steal the show and every festival or event they play. With an incomparable stage presence and energetic lively sets that get the entire dance floor moving, Nero is definitely a set not to miss next weekend.

Hermitude Live  There are few things better than a Hermitude set, and one of them happens to be a Hermitude Live set. The Aussie duo's sound can be described as 'electronic hip hop' mixed with instrumentals to create a sound like no one else has managed to capture before. Hermitude, recently released their new tune Vibration, which is full of unique instrumentals mixed with perfect electronic sounds for a must-download track of 2016.

Justin Jay and Friends The youngest member of the Dirtybird fam, and our last, but certainly not least must-see act is Justin Jay. Justin Jay and Friends are on part four of their Fantastic Voyage, and everyone at Bass Camp Festival will be lucky enough to be along for the ride. With influences such as Daft Punk, and the father of Dirtybird, Claude VonStroke, Justin Jays sets can be remembered as tantalizing with a groovy bass line and funky twist.
