These past few days have been HUGE for EPIC Productions' CEO, Founder and artist, Matt Whitlock. Not only did he kill it on the decks Friday night in Chico while opening up for Canadian DJ-duo, Adventure Club, but he also was just featured in an exclusive Career Spotlight interview with EDMJobs - we couldn't be more proud!

Matt Whitlock is NOT only the CEO and Founder of EPIC Productions, but also the Entertainment & Marketing Director at San Francisco's world-renowned dance club, Ruby Skye. Our colleague sat down with EDMJobs, a new platform where companies and creative professionals meet and can research for global opportunities in the EDM world, and gave readers insight on what life is like working day-in and day-out in the electronic music business.

When asked how he worked his way up to the position he currently obtains both here at EPIC and at Ruby Skye, Whitlock gave the solid advice of, "hard-work, networking, and dedication. This industry is not for the faint of heart, and it takes lots of hard work to get where you want here. There are 1,000 other people who will take your place if you fail, so failure is not an option."
