Excision’s Shambhala Mix is Finally Here
Every year, one of the biggest names in dubstep drops a set at the Shambhala Music Festival that knocks listeners off their feet. Excision, known for an excessive use of bass, has gained a reputation for bringing the power to Shambhala Music Festival year after year. What do I mean? Simply watch any YouTube video showcasing Excision’s past Shambhala sets and you’ll see what I’m talking about.
An artist that literally packed 150,000 watts of sound in his previous tour, it’s no wonder why bass fans everywhere “need” to see this guy. His contribution to the heavy bass scene is incomparable, making him a legend and an inspiration to so many. His sets at Shambhala are always a crowd favorite and this year was no exception.
This year, Excision packed 84 of the heaviest dubstep/trap tracks into an exhilarating hour and half mix. He features a range of artists including himself, Funtcase, Flux Pavilion, Eptic, Mantis, Barely Alive, and many more. It’s described to be “relentless” not slowing down or losing energy for the entirety of the mix.
Released only a week ago, the mix already has half a million plays on Soundcloud. Haven’t heard it yet? No worries! Click the link below to check it out and leave us some comments on what you thought.
