Northern Nights Music Festival: Festival Guide

Northern Nights Music Festival is in just a few short days so we decided to provide you with a little guide to help you begin this awesome 3-day festival. In this post were going to be covering pretty much everything you'll need including a - Survival Guide, Activities, Food/Drink, and of course the MUSIC! ACTIVITIES Music isn't the only thing this festival will have to offer. Northern Nights will be having daily yoga sessions along with a variety of other workshops including screen printing, music programs and even arts and crafts sessions. The schedules of the activities will be posted HERE preceding the event as well as posted daily around the campsite. Tribe 13 will be presenting a ton of live art galleries including art installations, visuals, lighting and even aerial and fire dancing.

GRUB/DRANK

Food and beverages will be up for grabs as well. NNMF will feature a food truck trail providing a variety of flavors including vegan and vegetarian options. There will also be an array of beverages to quench your thirst including, beers from local and regional breweries as well as some award winning wines.

THE MUSIC Now for the good stuff:

NNMF will be featuring a variety of acts ranging from funky electronic beats to cumbia and moombahton. Check out the full lineup here.

TastyTreat

Hailing from San Luis Obispo, TastyTreat, composed of John Smith and Devin Hardy has been killing it in the industry. Their EP titled Beatnik hit the Top 5 on Beatport's EP Release category with their second album License To Trill to be released by Teenage Riot Records.

Grensta

Ryan Grennan better known as Grensta throws down anything from deep house to dubstep. Formerly the head of EPIC's street team in Chico, Calif. Grensta is now graduated and providing the Bay Area with quality, dance inducing tunes. You can catch him at Ruby Skye, Vessel and various other venues in the SF area.

Andy P

Andy Ponce formally known as Andy P grew up in the Bay Area and has been in the industry for quite some years now. He's played at multiple venues in the San Francisco area and throws down everything from moombahton to glitch hop to house.

Tom Foolery

Tom Foolery also based in the San Francisco area has played at popular venue, The Public Works along with many others. His bass heavy sound is sure to keep the crowd pumped throughout his set at NNMF.
