TBD Fest: Wining, Dining & Namaste

Not only does TBD Fest offer you some of the most profound musical acts in the industry, but also a weekend of good eats and constant namaste. Get your fill on some of the finest signature food and drinks from local Sacramento establishments, all after partaking in a your choice in a variety of different yoga workshops. TBD Fest, scheduled to take place October 3rd-5th in Sacramento along the riverfront, is stacked with tons of the finest culinary talent and yoga instructors in the area. Take a look at what to expect and begin to plan out your weekend!

Before we dive into thinking about all the yummy foods to indulge on before catching our favorite artists perform, let's lean our focus towards exercise, relaxation, peace and serenity. TBD Fest will offer Morning Yoga on the Main Stage both Saturday and Sunday mornings. Saturday yoga workshops will be taught by Ryan Bailey from 10-1030 AM and MC Yogi with DJ Sol Rising 1030-1130 AM. On Sunday morning, join Heather Roussos and Joel Strehle from 10-1045 AM and Mark Morford from 1045-1130 AM to start your day off right. For all workshops, there is a suggested donation of $5, with all proceeds going towards Yoga Across America.

Aside from Morning Yoga on the Main Stage, TBD Fest will offer The Riverside Yoga Play Area - an experimental playground where festival goers can try slacklining, hooping and acro yoga. After partaking in some fun exercise activities, catch your breath and relax at The B-Side Lounge, provided by lululemon Athletica. What better way to start your festival days filled with music and parties than with a little morning yoga? Namaste.

After starting your festival day with some deep breaths and OM, head over to THE PIT. Here you can find a wood-fired cooking demonstration zone, featuring 14 chefs from acclaimed eateries in the region. The Friendly Fire Chef Competition will include demonstrations by chefs from restaurants including Lowbrau, Grange, Ten22, 58 Degrees, Hawks, Urban Heritage, Mother, Hook & Ladder, Capital Dime, Lucca, Paragary Group and Zoncallc.
