New Music: Eagle I Stallian Release "Between Dreams"

In need of some new tunes to add to your summer playlist? Here's a must-listen! Eagle I Stallian and Brandon Mignacca recently teamed up to drop "Between Dreams" via EiS Recordings.

"Between Dreams" is about the stifling battle between your reality, and your conviction to your dreams and aspirations. Moments come and moments go as you try your utmost to achieve what you consider ‘’the dream’’. And despite your efforts, sometimes you are taken two steps back because reality starts to kick in. You must always move forward. ‘’If you believe, you have to try’’ is one of the phrases within the song. It is through our natural desire for our dreams which push us forward, so that hopefully our dream, can themselves, become the reality.

Post Death Soundtrack Releases Downtempo Electronic Album 'The Unlearning Curve'

Post Death Soundtrack has dropped a genre-twisting album that's sure to take you down the rabbit hole. The Unlearning Curve takes the psych sounds of David Bowie and The Beatles and throws them into a form of electronic music.

Post Death Soundtrack, hailing from Vancouver, is known to weave together a number of different genres to create a unique sound unheard by anyone before. Who would think to mix pop and punk with electronic and industrial? These guys did, and they make it work. After a three year hiatus, Post Death Soundtrack released this recent nine-track album as an "eclectic narrative about dropping concepts, healing and venturing into the unknown."

Cosmopolitain Returns to Pittsburgh with Performances by VIA Artists

PITTSBURGH! We've got something exciting for yinz. Pittsburgh Cultural Trust is presenting the 10th annual Cosmopolitain Pittsburgh on Friday, July 8th at the August Wilson Center. The "sizzling soiree of all things cool" is sure to be a hot night packed full of culture. What does this include? Food. Booze. Tunes. What more could you ask for when looking to make plans to kick off the weekend?

Tickets for the event can be purchased here, and there are two options - VIP and GA. What does the royal treatment get you for $95? Samplings of plated art from the coolest restaurants and restaurant concepts around town, tastings from Wigle Whiskey, an OPEN BAR (yes, open bar) with specialty cocktails - ALL NIGHT! Don't forget complimentary parking and all the tunes GA will experience with their ticket. A GA ticket will get you music curated by some of the best in the local biz - VIA artists West Philadelphia Orchestra, Boulevards, DJ Smi, slowdanger and DJ Anthony Susan from Chocolate Boombox + two complimentary drinks and a never ending happy hour of $3 alcoholic beverages all night - and MORE!
