Bumbershoot: Tickets on Sale Tomorrow
From September 2-4, 2016, Seattle Washington will be transformed to accompany, Bumbershoot one of the most in-demand music festivals of 2016. Early-bird tickets will go on sale, tomorrow Nov. 20 at 12pm PST on their website. Bumbershoot, a 3-day festival spanning over Labor Day weekend brings in thousands of festival attendees for a unique experience and a diversified lineup. Taking place under the iconic space needle in Seattle, Bumbershoot had a very successful 2015 and plans on bringing the end-of-summer festival back with a bang. Headliners last year included an array of talent such as The Weeknd, Bassnectar, Hozier, Ellie Goulding and more making it the perfect event for any music lover.
Established in 1971, Bumbershoot in 2016 plans to grow even more in its 46th year. The festival will incorporate more venues, and will be bringing back the Silent Disco, a crowd favorite. With 40% of the talent coming from the region, Bumbershoot sticks to its roots in keeping its support for local talent. Bumbershoot also goes above and beyond traditional festivals by partnering up with the Center for Infectious Disease Research where a portion of ticket sales will go towards CIDR. Bumbershoot is also much more than just music, the specially curated lineup is set to include comedy, theatre, film, children's area and more.
