For those of you who haven’t heard the name Elephante, now is the time to get acquainted. The 27-year old Ann Arbor native is not only an up-and-coming big room, progressive house icon, Tim Wu is also quite the enigma. Yes, he has a background in music. What else? Two degrees from Harvard. One being in Economics, which assumedly played a role in his job placement at top-tier consulting firm McKinsey after graduation. A job that he quit to pursue his passion (and talent) for music full-time.

Jauz Releases His 'Closer' Remix

In addition to his remix of Passion Pit’s Sleepyhead at Ultra Singapore 2016, Jauz just released a huge remix of Closer. The song by The Chainsmokers featuring Halsey released on July 29th has seen a huge success, reaching number one on the Billboard’s Top 100 chart and staying there for three consecutive weeks as well as holding spots on over 15 charts. It has also been a hit with other DJs, resulting in countless remixes, notable ones being remixes from Slushii, GhostDragon and many more. If you find average DJ sets to be repetitive or dull, look no further. Saxity is a German based dance music duo that is dedicated to taking dance music and live performance to a whole new level. Applying live instruments such as the saxophone and guitar to their sets, Saxity gives a sort of energy to their sets that is completely incomparable.

Since their explosion into the electronic music scene in 2012, Saxity has had numerous releases on large labels such as Pacha Recordings, Love Harder Records, Recovery House, and several others.
