VooDoo Music & Arts Festival: More Artists Added to Lineup
Halloween can be such a fun holiday for an adult. We use this as an excuse to dress up in any way we please, eat tons of candy that we normally don’t consume and of course go all out at a party. This year of course, it seems like a lot of the Halloween shows have amazing lineups which will probably mean that I will be bouncing from one city to the next, trying to catch as many great acts as I can. But one festival in particular that is going to make such an impact is Voodoo Music festival. This festival which covers multiple genres of music with so much amazing talent in one place, it basically sets you up for a Halloween weekend that will be unforgettable. Set that backdrop in the infamous New Orleans and you got yourself one amazing festival.
I normally like to tell individuals that look at more than just a lineup for a festival experience but this lineup is so insanely good that its hard to not be convinced from the names alone. Jack U, Jauz, Alesso, Steve Angello, Tchami, Deadmau5, and Duke Dumont are just some of the amazing EDM talent that will be gracing the stage. And as if that wasn’t enough, amazing bands such as Florence & The Machine, Modest Mouse, Ozzy Osbourne and the Zac Brown Band will be there in attendance. As well as some amazing hip hot acts such as Chance the Rapper. Voodoo has a little bit of something for everyone.
Of course, not only is the music amazing but one of the highlights of Voodoo is some of the incredible art installations that are set up all over the grounds, which give you a beautiful view of some amazing artists as well while you are listening to great music. Also, Voodoo has some of the most amazing cuisine (as if food in New Orleans wasn’t amazing enough) that it brings to the festival as well, giving you an amazing experience all around!
